Our payment and cancellation terms

For a reservation 8 weeks or sooner
– 35% down payment
– The remaining amount no later than 8 weeks before arrival
For a reservation within 8 weeks
– full amount
When canceling 8 weeks or sooner
– 35% of the total amount of cancellation costs
Canceling within 8 weeks
– 100% of the total amount of cancellation costs

To make a reservation, the main booker must be at least 25 years or older and must be present during the entire stay. In addition, we do not accept any form of (bachelor) parties and/or similar gatherings or associated (youth) groups and associations. Business stays are not permitted. The park has a night–rest period from 11:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m.
