Summary of payment and cancellation conditions:

-Payment

For reservations made 8 weeks or more before arrival: a deposit of 25% is required immediately upon booking, with the remaining amount (75%) due no later than 8 weeks before arrival.
For reservations made within 8 weeks of arrival: full amount (100%) immediately upon reservation.

-Cancellation

For cancellations 8 weeks or more before arrival: 10% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
For cancellations between 8 and 4 weeks prior to arrival: 50% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Cancellation within 4 weeks prior to arrival: 100% of total amount as cancellation fee.

free cancellation within 24 hours of booking
Only administrative costs (€25) will be charged for cancellations made within 7 days of booking, for bookings made up to 8 weeks before arrival.
option to take out separately for each reservation: rebooking guarantee.

GOOD TO KNOW:

We do not accept any form of (bachelor) parties and/or similar gatherings or associated (youth) groups and associations. Bookings by groups and/or parties with guests under 25 may be refused, without giving any reason. At the park, night's rest is from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Business stays are not allowed. Recreational stays only.
We work with dynamic pricing—rental prices change daily.
Photos and floor plans on website are for illustration purposes: texts take precedence.
Only a preferential reservation (at extra cost) made via Ridderstee Ouddorp Duin's own website guarantees selected facilities and/or the location of accommodation in the park.
