We receive our guests for Ridderstee Ouddorp Duin at the reception of the adjacent Vakantiepark De Klepperstee at Vrijheidsweg 1c in Ouddorp (ZH). Make sure your navigation system sends you to the main entrance (!) of Klepperstee and not to one of the park's back exits. There is no reception available at the Ridderstee Ouddorp Duin park itself.

Monday - Thursday: 8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. 
Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. 
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. 
Sunday: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Outside of the reception's opening hours you will receive an answering machine with a reference to the emergency number (24/7) of our Technical Service. 

The gate at the park's entrance works based on license plate recognition. Only pre-registered license plates in combination with a reservation will be granted access. Entering the park by car is possible until 11:00 p.m. Leaving the park by car is possible 24/7. 

Between 08:30 and 18:00, reports and malfunctions are taken up and processed by reception and/or technical services. For non-urgent questions or comments, we kindly ask you to email hallo@ridderstee.nl, call or drop by reception during opening hours. Outside reception opening hours, you will receive the answering machine with referral to the emergency number (available 24/7) of Technical Services. 

Emergency
In the event of an immediate emergency, we will come on site. An emergency arises when an unsafe situation arises for guests and/or the environment, there is serious noise nuisance or a breakdown makes a normal overnight stay completely impossible.

Emergencies 
In an emergency, dial 112 for the fire brigade/ambulance/police immediately. Give clear instructions to the emergency room about your location at Park Ridderstee. Always inform the reception or one of our employees. Our team at the park will take care of the emergency services. 

From Rotterdam
Drive from the A15 and N57 to Stellendam.

Drive from the A16/A17/A59, N59 and N215 to Ouddorp.
