We look forward to seeing you soon for an unforgettable stay at Ridderstee Ouddorp Duin. On this page, we would like to provide you with some practical information and give you a few useful tips for your stay in Ouddorp aan Zee.

🔑 Check-in

The vacation park is located on the Oud Nieuwlandseweg in Ouddorp. There is no reception desk at Ridderstee itself. To ensure your arrival goes as smoothly as possible, we have a fixed check-in time that starts at 3:30 p.m.. This way, we can be sure that your accommodation is ready. On the day of arrival, you can pick up your key card at the reception desk at Vrijheidsweg 1c at the adjacent Vakantiepark De Klepperstee. Will you arrive after 5:30 p.m.? Please let us know in good time so that we can make arrangements for a late key handover.

You probably don't want to think about it yet... but upon departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the property before 10:00 a.m.

License plate

The barriers at Ridderstee Ouddorp Duin give your access during your stay on a license plate basis. An automatic email request will ask you to provide the desired license plate(s). Entering the park by car is possible until 11:00 p.m. You can always leave the park by car. A maximum of two or three vehicles are allowed per accommodation and per stay.

The vacation park has five different parking lots. No parking is allowed near the homes, in the dunes, or on the grass. A third vehicle or day visitor can access the parking lot before the barriers. There are also opportunities for charging electric cars here. By means of parking lots on the edges of the park AND not allowing unlimited cars, the number of movements remains limited. Safe for children, quiet for parents, and good for the natural character of the park.

Night rest

At the park, we maintain night's rest between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. The night's rest is enforced by a security company. We do not accept any form of (bachelor) parties and/or similar gatherings or associated (youth) parties. A stay always has a recreational character (business stays or long stays are not allowed).

Service

A reservation at Ridderstee includes bed and bath linen based on the number of persons communicated to us. A set includes cover for the mattress, duvet, and pillow + a small and a large towel. Please note: A children's bed (so-called. camping bed) does not include bed linen. One high chair is standard in each home. There is also a service pack ready in the home that includes a tea towel, dishwasher tablet, cleaning cloth, and sponge.

Inventory and appliances

Each home has a blue instruction folder with daily equipment use guides and a free WiFi code. Good to know: The houses have a heat pump with weather-dependent control combined with underfloor heating. This system works differently and slower compared to a central heating system and associated radio tower. The inventory list and manuals can also be found online on this page.

Accommodation types

The park offers homes for 6, 8, or 10 persons in either deluxe or comfort versions. Two different styles were used for the interior. The deluxe version features some extras over the comfort version including a lounge set, wine cooler, wood stove, sun shower, and double rain shower. Due to the storm season, the shade cloths are removed in October and put back up in April. There is no BBQ at the accommodation, but BBQ'ing is allowed provided that it does not cause any inconvenience to the surroundings and nature.

Fireworks

To ensure peace and safety at our parks, setting off fireworks is prohibited, including on New Year's Eve. This ban applies due to the presence of pets, thatched roofs, and the fragile nature within the park. We do our best to provide a quiet and fireworks-free environment, but unfortunately, we cannot give a complete guarantee that there will be no fireworks in the immediate vicinity of the park.
