Our reception staff is always at your service! Whether you have questions about your stay, are looking for some great tips in the area, or need help with something practical—we are happy to help. Because our colleagues not only work here but also live here, they know the neighborhood like the back of their hand. They are happy to share their favorite spots, from hidden gems to the best places to eat or relax. Upon arrival, we provide a smooth and hassle-free check-in, and we handle any issues quickly and thoroughly during your stay. This way, you can enjoy your stay free of worries!

Your reports and malfunctions are received and processed by reception and/or technical service between 8:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Outside reception hours, you will get the answering machine with a reference to the emergency number (available 24/7) of the technical service.
